Instrumentation Laboratory, Lexington, Mass, is currently accepting nominations for its new “Passion & Results” Award, part of the company’s “50 and Forward” celebration of its 50th anniversary. The award will recognize laboratorians, physicians, and nurses who have demonstrated passion for their professions and have gone the extra mile to enhance the quality of patient care. Three winners will be chosen from nominations around the world.
“Many outstanding professionals demonstrate unflagging drive and dedication every day to enhance the quality of patient care in some way. The ‘Passion & Results’ Award will strive to acknowledge these people and their institutions,” says Josep Manent, chief executive officer of Instrumentation Laboratory.
The winners’ stories will be posted on the Instrumentation Laboratory Web site and in brochures and will be featured in industry publications.
Individuals can nominate themselves or others between now and March 31, 2009. The winners will be chosen in July 2009.
