Instrumentation Laboratory late last week announced shipment of its 1000th GEM Premier 4000 critical care analyzer to Scripps Health Critical Care in San Diego.

Eighteen of the new analyzers have already been placed in labs and point-of-care locations, including the emergency departments, critical care units, intensive care units, neonatal intensive care units, operating rooms, and respiratory therapy departments in Scripps’ five hospital campuses.
